Some Announcements

Good Morning/Afternoon.

I first would like to welcome you to the blog.  This is a blog where we will talk about different controversial topics in the bible.  From worship songs to scripture.

I just have a few announcements involving some stuff.

First,  we have expanded the ministry of Prodigal Music even bigger to reach out to gamers on Twitch. You may be asking why? I did this since the gamers may never be able to hear the words of Jesus unless we bring it to them.

I'm also excited to announce with the Twitch, we are sponsoring Life.Church Gaming and GodSquad Church.

These are two ministries that were made to bring gamers to Jesus.

Do know with this,  we are NOT affiliated with them but we are just sponsoring them. They are not paying us anything or we're not paying them.

Though I personally am a member of Life.Church and GodSquad that does not mean anything.

During this transition period it's going to be rough but us Admin have prayed over it.

Second announcement is I am now a full time musician so that takes away time to blog.  So I'm going to find someone who can write a blog piece if needed.

Raised In A Prosperity Gospel Church: Behind Closed Doors

This will be a fun story to tell. For the longest time when I was a kid me and my grandmother went to a Assemblies of God church which is known for the Prosperity Gospel. My grandmother put so much money into the church and she didn't know what this pastor was actually doing with the money. This pastor was spending the money on gambling. He claimed to his church members that the church would close. Turns out it eventually did due to loss of funds. My grandmother went into bankrupt because of this church. That is not all. This "pastor" claimed to be blind and losing all his health. My family members spotted this guy driving. I feel ashamed to call this a church. I believed in this church. I was fooled by this Pastor. But God gave me guidance into it. God saved me and my family from it and brought us to a church that is Gospel Preaching.

Song Opinion: "One Thing Remains" by Bethel

"One Thing Remains" by Bethel Music expresses the One Thing that has never changed over the ages and that thing is Jesus' love. The verse of the song goes: " higher than the mountains that I face stronger than the power of the grave constant in the trial and the change This one thing remains This one thing remains" Whatever we are going through Jesus will always be there. He is constant in the trial and the change, only One Thing Remains. I absolutely love how the Chorus goes: " your love never fails, it never gives up it never runs out on me  Your love never fails, it never gives up it never runs out on me  Your love never fails, it never gives up it never runs out on me  Your love" The one thing that never changes through the ages is his eternal love. Song Opinion: "Reckless Love" by Cory Asbury

"Reckless Love" by Cory Asbury reflects a love that is reckless. If you look closely at the word Reckless it comes out as " characterized by or proceeding from such carelessness:" But was God actually Reckless? It depends on how YOU define Reckless. If you look at the bible believe it or not Jesus was Reckless. If we look at the story whenever Jesus was in the temple and he supposedly flipped over many tables. He was reckless in that story. But he only flipped over 1 table because to be truthful if he flipped over many wouldn't he get kicked out of the temple.  But what was on that table, you ask?
